Community Activities & Organization
What We’ll Organise:
– Regular webinars and masterclasses to enhance learning and knowledge sharing.
– Small-group accountability pods for deeper connections and support.
– Monthly challenges and self-reflection prompts to encourage consistent personal growth.
– Resource libraries and content-sharing opportunities (blogs, podcasts, guides).
– Mentorship and peer-support networks connecting seasoned professionals with emerging ones.
– Local Chapter Meetups: Regular in-person events in different regions to foster strong, local community bonds.
Roles & Responsibilities
Community Members
– Actively participate, share your expertise, ask questions, and provide support.
– Engage respectfully, authentically, and constructively in all interactions.
– Respect community guidelines, privacy, and boundaries.
– Regularly attend and participate in community events and check-ins.
Community Admins
– Dedicate approximately 2 hours per week to actively moderate, manage membership requests, and facilitate engaging conversations.
– Add at least 5 members to the community every week by following the process laid out.
– Ensure guidelines are followed and interactions remain positive and constructive.
– Organise and coordinate community activities, events, and engagement efforts.
– Act as a first point of contact for community questions and concerns.
Member Interaction
– Primary Channels: WhatsApp, Email, LinkedIn Group.
– Members are encouraged to contribute actively, share insights, seek help, and support one another genuinely and respectfully.
The channels are available only to the Community Members. If you are a community member and are not added to the channels, write to info@claritymovement.org
Local Meetups
– Local chapters to facilitate deeper connections.
– Each region can host regular meetups (monthly/quarterly).
– Members are encouraged to attend local meetups to strengthen regional connections, build friendships, and collaborate on local initiatives.
Privacy and Confidentiality
– Members’ personal information shared within the community is strictly confidential.
– Do not share personal or professional details of community members externally without explicit consent.
– All community communications are private and intended for community members only.
– Breach of Privacy and Confidentiality will lead If this happens and a community member complaints about it the person responsible will be removed from the community.
Code of Conduct
– Respect & Kindness: Always interact with kindness, respect, and empathy.
– No Spam or Promotions: Promotions or sales messages are allowed only in designated spaces and within agreed guidelines.
– Authenticity & Integrity: Maintain honesty, transparency, and integrity in all interactions.
– Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or offensive behavior will lead to immediate removal.
– Constructive Engagement: Aim to contribute positively, helpfully, and constructively at all times.
Maintaining Exclusivity & Integrity
– Application-Based Membership: Members join through an application or referral process to ensure alignment with community values.
– Regular Engagement Checks: Members will be regularly encouraged to engage and contribute to maintain active status.
– Moderation & Community Audits: Admins will perform periodic reviews to ensure members adhere to community standards and remain actively involved.
